A deep and magical journey to the very core
We start every morning with yoga and pamper ourselves during the day with massages in our Ayurveda spa, swim and snorkel in the sea right on our doorstep and simply enjoy being.
In the afternoon we will explore the world of sounds and tones together – in combination with water work – in our 35° warm Watsu pool. This retreat is for anyone who wants to spend a wonderful and loving Christmas week, leading to deeper relationships with each other and intimate self-love. Couples and solo travelers are welcome.
Surprises and a festive Christmas dinner by candlelight for our group and our Balinese employees with their children give us joy and a loving get-together.

- 7 nights in Prana Veda incl. full board
- 6 Yoga in the morning
- 5 massages (Ayurveda or Bali massage) (1 hour each)
- Aqua healing, sound healing or breathing meditation in the afternoon
- Introduction to Balinese culture, making Balinese offerings and Hindu ceremony with a priest
- Festive Christmas Eve and special Christmas dinner by candlelight
- Joint activities: cooking course, excursion to the waterfall
