As we are a small retreat place, we can respond to our participants very individually.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>There are 2 sessions a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The asanas stretch and strengthen the body. The postures are held for a few breaths to achieve the correct alignment of each pose. This style of yoga helps you to feel the connection between body, breath and mind and to connect with your breath.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vinyasa yoga<\/strong> combines different positions in a flowing way. The movements are harmonized with your breathing. This stimulates the meridians, the energetic pathways of the body. It is important to breathe deeply and slowly and allow gravity to take effect, which addresses the deeper layers of connective tissue. With regular Yin Yoga practice, you can achieve a significant improvement in flexibility.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Restorative yoga<\/strong> is similar to yin yoga, but uses bolsters and blocks for support. The classes build on each other.<\/p>\n\n<p>On <strong>Sunday<\/strong>, during the introductory class, we practise gentle Hatha Yoga in the morning. We will ask you about your yoga experience and physical condition so that we can get to know you better.<br \/>In the afternoon we will introduce you to meditation, followed by Yoga Nidra.<\/p>\n\n<p>On <strong>Monday,<\/strong> we start with a short introduction to Hanging Belts, where you have the opportunity to look at the world upside down and experience relief and stretching of the spine. The focus in the morning yoga class is on the back.<br \/>In the afternoon we experience a floating meditation in our 35\u00b0 warm Watsu pool.<\/p>\n\n<p>On <strong>Tuesday<\/strong> we teach forward and back bends in the morning class.<br \/>In the afternoon we practise Yin Yoga.<\/p>\n\n<p>On <strong>Wednesday<\/strong> we offer a day in silence &#8211; to feel deep into our innermost being. In the morning session, the focus is on our hips, hip opening postures and twists.<br \/>In the afternoon, we practice mindful meditations followed by a silent meditation.<\/p>\n\n<p>On <strong>Thursday<\/strong> there is a slow vinyasa flow yoga class in the morning and<br \/>different meditation practice in the afternoon.<\/p>\n\n<p>On <strong>Friday<\/strong> we practise a Hatha Yoga sequence that is very suitable for your self-practice at home.
