Keduanya merupakan sistem yang saling melengkapi dan selalu perlu dipikirkan secara inklusif. <\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d69698d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d69698d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Salah satu perbedaan terpenting adalah bahwa Ayurveda tidak memiliki efek samping, dan kita merawat kesehatan tubuh, pikiran, serta jiwa \u2013 bukan hanya bereaksi dan pergi ke dokter ketika penyakit sudah muncul.<\/p>\n<p>Metode penyembuhan holistik ini adalah tentang jalan menuju kesatuan, yaitu menyelaraskan tubuh, pikiran, dan jiwa. Kesehatan yang sempurna hanya mungkin dicapai jika ketiga elemen ini seimbang. <\/p>\n<p>Ayurveda mencakup tindakan pencegahan dan metode penyembuhan. Hal ini meningkatkan kesehatan secara umum dan mengajarkan kita untuk lebih memperhatikan kebutuhan alami tubuh kita. Kita belajar perhatian penuh, bagaimana meningkatkan hubungan batin kita dengan diri kita sendiri, cinta diri dan kepekaan. Hal ini membuat kita lebih terbuka dan sensitif. Ketika kita melatih kesadaran tubuh kita, kita melatih pikiran kita pada saat yang sama. Hal ini membantu kita untuk hidup lebih sadar dan penuh perhatian serta memulihkan dan menstabilkan keseimbangan batin kita. Oleh karena itu, yoga dan meditasi juga merupakan bagian penting dari Ayurveda.      <\/p>\n<p>Dalam Ayurveda, semua fungsi mental dan spiritual dikendalikan oleh tiga kekuatan dasar, &#8220;doshas&#8221;. Keseimbangan energi ini bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga kesehatan.
