Asana meregangkan dan memperkuat tubuh. Postur-postur tersebut ditahan selama beberapa kali tarikan napas untuk mencapai keselarasan yang benar dari setiap pose. Gaya yoga ini membantu Anda untuk merasakan hubungan antara tubuh, napas dan pikiran serta terhubung dengan napas Anda.   <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vinyasa yoga<\/strong> menggabungkan berbagai posisi yang berbeda dengan cara yang mengalir. Gerakan-gerakannya diselaraskan dengan pernapasan Anda. Hal ini menstimulasi meridian, jalur energi tubuh. Penting untuk bernapas dalam-dalam dan perlahan-lahan dan membiarkan gravitasi bekerja, yang akan mengatasi lapisan jaringan ikat yang lebih dalam. Kelas-kelas tersebut saling membangun satu sama lain. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pada hari <strong>Minggu<\/strong>, selama kelas perkenalan, kita akan berlatih Hatha Yoga yang lembut di pagi hari. Kami akan bertanya tentang pengalaman yoga dan kondisi fisik Anda sehingga kami dapat mengenal Anda lebih baik.<br\/>Pada sore hari, kami akan memperkenalkan Anda pada meditasi, diikuti dengan Yoga Nidda. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pada hari <strong>Senin,<\/strong> kita mulai dengan pengenalan singkat tentang Hanging Belts, di mana Anda memiliki kesempatan untuk melihat dunia secara terbalik dan mengalami kelegaan dan peregangan tulang belakang. Fokus kelas yoga pagi hari adalah pada punggung.<br\/>Di sore hari kita akan melakukan meditasi mengambang di kolam renang Watsu yang hangat bersuhu 35\u00b0. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pada hari <strong>Selasa<\/strong> kami mengajarkan gerakan maju dan mundur di kelas pagi.<br\/>Di sore hari kami kebanyakan berlatih Yin Yoga.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pada hari <strong>Rabu<\/strong> kami menawarkan satu hari dalam keheningan &#8211; untuk merasakan jauh ke dalam diri kita yang paling dalam. Pada sesi pagi, fokusnya adalah pada pinggul, posisi membuka pinggul dan memutar.<br\/>Pada sore hari, kami berlatih meditasi kesadaran diikuti dengan meditasi hening. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pada hari <strong>Kamis<\/strong>, ada kelas Vinyasa Flow Yoga yang santai di pagi hari dan<br\/>latihan meditasi di sore hari.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pada hari <strong>Jumat<\/strong> kita akan mempraktekkan urutan Hatha Yoga yang sangat cocok untuk latihan sendiri di rumah.
